You are solely responsible for the content you upload and confirm that you have the full legal right to use and submit it.
By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use it.
You confirm that you have obtained the consent of all identifiable individuals depicted in the image.
If the image includes minors, you confirm that you have obtained valid consent from their parent or legal guardian.
The Human Mosaic does not assume responsibility for user-submitted content and reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
We may request proof of consent in case of disputes or claims.
Your submission may be reviewed and approved or rejected based on project guidelines.
If your content does not meet the guidelines, you may be asked to upload a new image.
The Human Mosaic reserves the right to remove or reject content that is deemed inappropriate or non-compliant.
Approved submissions may be publicly displayed within the project, including its website, digital platforms, and future installations.
Participation in The Human Mosaic includes a non-refundable payment for reserving a position within the artwork.
Submitting an image does not guarantee automatic approval. All submissions are reviewed to ensure they comply with the project guidelines.
If a submitted image does not meet the guidelines, the participant may be invited to upload a new image instead of receiving a refund.
The reserved position remains assigned to the participant until a valid image is approved.
Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or technical errors caused by the platform.
These terms may be updated as the project evolves.
